Mail Sender subsystem contains additional features for your comfortable correspondence with clients and partners
Sometimes your employees have to send a letter with the same content to a number of partners. Spam-filters could identify your mail as spam and important information won’t be delivered to the receiver. There is a mass-mail function in AccuCore system which helps you to avoid this. With Accucore you can create a letter with identical content but personal salutation to each recipient, selected from your database. Due to the individual letter generation scheme you mail doesn’t go to the spam filter. And each recipient doesn’t see the list of all e-mail addresses.
Mail Sender allows:
- to select a concrete company of the data base and send the messages only to the desired recipients (e.g. sent to the directors only). E-mails, which were sent to the companies employees via AccuCore could be duplicated to the head's addresses;
- Automatic downloading of e-mail addresses from external file or Accucore’s database;

NOC TT subsystem
This is Trouble Tickets accounting system. It shows the status of the message (received/sent/awaiting) and how the solution process is moving along. Both managers and operators have access to the system and it permits to see the state of any request any time. It helps different departments to work in coordination. Besides, the system stores the history of requests and unite them in chains of connected requests.

The system stores current price-lists for sale and purchase of VoIP traffic and helps you to generate profitable bargains. The system will be useful for companies with more than 1 manager. The information can be screened in context of dates, routes, etc. The table can also be sent by e-mail.
