Mediacore in itself is a complete package and is feature rich. Features like LCR, Transcoding, Guardian, Trouble ticketing automatic system are what distinguishes Mediacore from other Softswitches.

6. Was there a necessity of system expansion considering individual requirements of your company operation? If so, what add-ins has been made to your variant of the system?

Yes, In future our number of concurrent calls will increase.
