1. Does Pay-n-Get processing system developer get the interests from top-up codes re-selling?

After the software purchase and installation the system becomes the client’s property. Developer-company does not interfere with client’s business

2. How many services can be sold using one Pay-n-Get license?

Pay-n-Get processing system operates with ОС Linux, which allows selling unlimited number of varied services with several nominals for each. (For instance service – ‘Kyivstar Mobile Operator services’ allows to refill/top up the account with 4 different fixed par values and direct top up – in total 5 nominals for this service).

3. How many services can be sold from one mobile terminal?

The number of services to be sold from one terminal depends only on the quantity of the services available in Pay-n-Get server database.

4. Can the set of services for each dealer be regulated?

The system allows flexible services (nominals) settings which are available for definite dealer.

5. How many levels can a dealer network have?

ОС Linux allows to create multilevel dealer network (ОС Windows version has the limit of 27 levels).

6. What is the maximum quantity of dealers on one level?

Every dealer can have the unlimited quantity of subordinate sub dealers.

7. How is the security of data transfer between Mobile terminals and Pay-n-Get server guaranteed?

The data encryption program RSA BlowFish Encryption secures the connection between terminal and server.

8. What is the average data volume transferred during one transaction?

One transaction takes 1-1,5 Kbytes which includes: top up request-out and PIN-code acquisition from database (if you get the message of successful refilling in case of direct top up).

9. How is the Mobile terminal registered on the server?

The terminals are registered by the administrator – system owner (or by authorized user). Registration file contains the following information: terminal serial number, terminal name (may be any), 12-digit ID number  (a unique ID number written into the software), and 64-digit key which is used for terminal authorization (the key is generated by a special program supplied with the terminal).

10. In which cases does registration check happen and what data volume is required for such a transaction?

Registration check happens in 3 cases:
- Pay-n-Get server re-start;
- if the terminal was inactive for 48 hours;
- if the terminal is transferred from one dealer to another.
Terminal registration check takes 1,5 Kbytes of the data.

11. The procedure of terminal transfer from one dealer to another.

Terminals registration is carried out by the system administrator (authorized user). The procedure of terminal transfer from one dealer to another is carried out via superior dealer. Only higher dealer can transfer the terminal to another sub dealer. After the transfer to higher dealer the terminal automatically becomes inactive. Therefore, a new sub dealer has to activate it via Web-interface.

12. What are the special features of direct top up setting?

Direct top up (for non-fixed sum) requires the protocols settings of Pay-n-Get server connection with billing server of service provider. Every service provider can have his special connection protocol.

13. The peculiarities of soft-terminal registration on Pay-n-Get server.

Soft-terminal concludes of general software packet of Pay-n-Get system. Soft-terminal is available to upload from Web-interface for all authorized clients. In order to activate soft-terminal the key-file is required which can be generated and provided only by the system administrator. During the first activation key-file is applied to the specific computer and cannot be used by different PC.

14. Which format should the file with top up codes have in order to be uploaded into Pay-n-Get database?

At the moment the system contains 10 different file formats for top up codes uploading. New formats can be also added if required.

15. What are the ways of processing system installation to the server (servers)?

There are 4 ways of this software installation:
1. Installation into one server. It is ideal for small numbers of selling services and registered terminals.
2. Installation into two servers. While one server is used for Web-interface and database backup the second one processes transaction and stores database.
3. One licensed software is installed into two servers with database replication. It is the most secure way in case when one server is down, the second one goes on operating.
4. Installation into three servers. While one server is used for Web-interface and database backup the other two with database replication process transactions.

16. Which services are included into monthly tech support?

Monthly tech support involves assistance in codes uploading into the database, new terminals registration, and also database storage control.

17. Is there a possibility to use Mobile terminals of other manufacturers?

There is a possibility to connect terminals of other manufacturers but you need to provide SDK (software developing kit) for configuration files programming and connection protocols compliance.

18. Which information can be printed on mobile terminal receipt?

The mobile terminal receipt can have the company logo – Pay-n-Get system’s owner and not more than 5 lines of advertising information (32 symbols each line – including spaces). The purpose of service is printed in bold. Three lines 32 symbols each containing advert or instructions can be pre-set for each service.

19. Web-interface customization and receipts structure.

This software solution is provided as ‘white label’. There is a possibility to place the owner’s logo in Web-interface and on the receipt printed from mobile terminal. The receipt layout can be changed on the request.
