It provides accounting of routes’ rates of clients and carriers, tracking changes in rates and keeping history of them.

- Directly from partners’ notifications. You can download various formats of carriers’ notifications, perform a number of verifications and import them into any external billing system with few clicks of your mouse!

- Indicate the route and rate by hand. Other parameters will be filled in automatically, but can be changed if necessary;
- The system keeps its own history of notifications and can import data from history to generate notifications (if prices haven’t changed)

Verification and processing of chosen blocks of codes- In real-time mode the subsystem shows what processes are being done with chosen blocks of codes – if they are being closed, deleted, if tariffs are being changed or imported into billing system, etc.
- Shows changes of current rates comparing to previous ones (in percentage);
- Shows history of rates’ changes in context of routes, effective dates, prices, clients, managers, technicians, delivery date of price-lists, and other parameters on your choice;
- “Reveals” the codes entered with dash. For example, if there is entered 345-349, the system will save the codes as 345, 346, 347, 348, 349;
- Sends notifications to clients by e-mail in HTML-, EXCEL- and PDF-formats;
- Permits to store, fill up and easily use database of test numbers;
- Informational schedule shows name and surname of every notification’s author, quantity of lines in price-list, date of notification’s generation and date of its registration on softswitch.
The subsystem automatically checks if client has answered to the sent notification. It decreases the chance of possible following disagreements and disputing over your prices.
The subsystem also checks taken up codes registered for the client before. For example, the client has sent notification about changing the price of code 345.
The system will check if there are any subcodes in his price-lists (for example, 3456 or 3459) and will remind client about them.The subsystem stores complete history of routes’ rates changes in context of partners and their codes. History of all changes is shown in a convenient format.
