- to generate and send invoices to customers;

MaintenanceThe following sections allow:- to add and edit your company information, which will be included into the invoices, notifications and other documents which will be sent to your clients and vendors (logo, name, contact details, etc.);
- edit your RTP servers data;
- efficient control of all changes by using filters made by VoIP billing interface;
- to monitor automatically ACD statistics with the help of built-in feature of notifications by e-mails (the list of outgoing mails is stored in special journal);
- TCP dump function allows keeping records of outgoing and incoming packets based on titles and special parameters: Your RTP server, origination or termination point, IP addresses. In case of connection issue this solution helps to detect and remove technical errors on a particular destination.
