We started work with the MediaCore Softswitch in August 2011.

It is our first softswitch solution.

We have all the modules mentioned above.
5. How long did it take to have the MediaCore installed?
We have chosen your hosted solution. It took 2 days to get it set up and running by your engineers which I feel is very satisfactory.

NOC Support has been the best of its kind I have come across so far. They are always available, very prompt, responsive and helpful.
7. Which results have you achieved since you started to use the MediaCore Softswitch?
It has helped to grow our wholesale business from scratch. The achievements we have reached within the few months of operation are great. Our company’s main business is wholesale voice traffic and premium services. Our future plans include additional growth and penetration in these main areas as well as consultancy services.
