When was MediaCore Softswitch implemented by your company?
We started in June 2010. Two weeks prior we tested the system and were studying the softswitch functions. As a result, we decided to purchase MediaCore system.
How long did it take you to implement this software system?
All the organizational matters, system installation, and setting took about one week.
Mediacore Softswitch includes different program modules: billing, transcoding, monitoring system of the VoIP connection quality Guardian, VoIP Trouble Ticket Automatic System. Which package was chosen by your company? Why?
We always chose full packages.
Did you study a market of VoIP softswitches before you made your choice? What MediaCore Softswitch features were determinant for your decision-making?
We tested several other products and even bought one, which turned out to be useless. MediaCore Softswitch suits us in price, functions and support factors.
We were also informed by Speedflow stuff about the possibilities of additional functions implementation taking into account the personal needs of the customer. At the moment Mediacore system meets all our needs. However, the possibility of future functions development was another point FOR this software product.
What advantages do you gain by using Mediacore Softswitch? Did you note some changes in your daily workflow after the softswitch implementation?
The main advantage is that we can operate 24 hours without wasting time for technical issues. MediaCore Softswitch is a full-fledged, convenient solution with efficient support for operators which allows extending traffic exchange service between VoIP companies.
How would you describe Speedflow Communications team’s approach to clients’ support? How fast did they react to your company’s demands about necessary improvements during the system implementation?
The technical support is really efficient. The significant factor is that technical support staff monitors the system and equipment condition themselves and if the problem occurs, efficient help is provided to settle all the matters.
