Jamaa Telecom provides SMS and voice calling services for Africans, living in the UK, connecting them with friends and family. After being in the SMS business for a while they discovered the MediaCore and have never looked back. Jonathan Kamil, director of Jamaa Telecom, shared a few words of his experience.

CHALLENGE

We have partnered with Speedflow for some time, successfully pushing SMS routes with your company. We weren’t really considering other services but then your SMS sales manager told me about your MediaCore SMS Solution. We tested it and moved forward immediately.

SOLUTION

There were 3 factors that really influenced our decision. First of all the option to pay by installments was really convenient as we are not a large company and budgeting can be really tight. Also, we were really impressed by the 15 day Free Trial period we were given to check out and test the MediaCore SMS platform. Last, but certainly not least, our previous partnership with Speedflow really helped the deal as it is easier to work with an experienced and proven company.

RESULTS

We have been using MediaCore for more than half a year now and we are very satisfied with its performance. Speedflow provided easy migration and quick installation, so the implementation process was very smooth. All our questions were solved by the software support team. Now we are waiting for a new release to enjoy its upgraded functionality. MediaCore is a top-class SMS routing and billing platform!
