we would like to inform you of the Christmas and New Year’s holiday schedule for Speedflow: our offices will be closed from December 26th /Monday/ until January 3rd /Tuesday/.

Planning is key
To ensure that your traffic won’t be blocked during our winter holidays, please arrange your payments accordingly. Be advised that any Rate Notifications received after 18:00 (UTC+2) on December 23 will be processed on January 3rd.
Additionally, our company won’t add any new IP addresses during this time.
Note that our NOC team will be accessible for support around-the-clock, with the exception of the time from 14:30 (UTC+2) on December 31st to 14:30 (UTC+2) on January 1st, because of our holiday schedule/. Our network operation center will be operating automatically during this period.
We are happy to let our MediaCore partners know that our software technical support will continue to be available nonstop, around-the-clock.

The out-take of 2022
It would be an understatement to say that the last 12 months went by without any challenges. Even though the Telecom business had its ups and downs, we were all able to win in the end. As 2022 comes to a close, we can’t help but think about everything that happened and the different things that led us to where we are now.
