Today, we had a chance to speak with Shiva Ranjan, Carrier Relations Manager at Voicetec. The company has been using MediaCore SMS since January 2019. After almost a year of successful cooperation, we approached them to ask about their impressions on the platform so far. We really appreciate the suggestions they gave us and will consider them when devising our roadmap for future updates.

“Billing and accounting features, invoice generation, XDR, rate-sheet upload, are also very convenient and are used regularly by our team.
