During the festive period, Speedflow Communications Ltd. will operate as follows:
24 Dec 2019 – 5 Jan 2020 – Winter Holiday
Standard working hours will resume on 6 Jan.
Please be advised that all rate notifications received after 18:00 (GMT+2) on 23 Dec will be reviewed no earlier than 6 Jan.
Please arrange all your payments before this deadline to support uninterrupted traffic flow during the holiday period.
We would also like to inform you that our NOC team will be fully available, except between 15:00 (GMT +2) 31 Dec 2019 and 15:00 (GMT +2) 1 Jan 2020, when technical support will be carried out in automatic mode.
For MediaCore partners, software technical support will be available 24/7 as usual.
Kindly be informed that our company will not be adding new IP addresses during this holiday period.
