Our Holiday Schedule
Our offices will be closed for the winter holidays from December 24, 2024, to January 2, 2025. We’ll resume work on January 3, 2025.
Planning is Key!
- Please arrange your payments in advance to avoid any service interruptions during this period.
- All Rate Notifications sent after 18:00 (UTC+2) on December 22, 2024, will be processed on January 3, 2025.
- Kindly note that no new IP addresses will be added during the holidays.
Support Availability
- Our NOC team will provide 24/7 support, except from 14:30 (UTC+2) on December 31st to 14:30 (UTC+2) on January 1st, while we take a short break to celebrate.
- For MediaCore partners, our software technical support will remain available 24/7 without interruptions.
