We kindly inform you about Speedflow Christmas and New Year Holidays Schedule. Our offices will be closed from 24th December (Friday) to 3rd January (Monday).
Please plan your payments accordingly, to be sure that your traffic won’t be stopped while our Winter Holidays. Pay attention that all Rate Notifications received after 18:00 (UTC+2) on 23rd December will be processed on 4th January. Also during this time, our Company won’t add any new IP Addresses.
Keep in mind that our NOC team will be fully available for 24/7 assistance except the period from 14:30 (UTC+2) on 31st December to 14:30 (UTC+2) on 1st January. During this time our network operation center will be working in an automatic mode.
We are glad to inform our MediaCore partners that our Software Technical Support will be operating 24/7 as usual with no time off.
