Since 14:00 (GMT+2) on the 24-th of December 2010 till the 4-th of January 2011 our office will be closed. On the 7-th of January 2011 Speedflow`s office is closed.
Please notice that Rates department will stop working on December 24-th 2010 and re-open on January 4-th 2011. All rate notices received after 14:00 (GMT+2) on the 24-th December 2010 will be considered received on the January 4-th 2011 and effective on the corresponding days according to the contract. On the 7-th of January 2011 Speedflow`s office is closed.
Dear customers please arrange your payment schedule accordingly to insure that it will be sufficient to support your traffic for these holidays.We kindly ask providers to discuss payment schedule with Anna Zilinskaya firstname.lastname@example.org to receive all payments before Holiday. During the period of 24-th of December 2010 till the 4-th of January 2011 Speedflow will not provide payments. On the 7-th of January 2011 Speedflow`s office is closed.
Technical support will be available during all Holiday period except of period 16:00 GMT+2) 31 December 2010 till 16:00 (GMT+2) 01 January 2011.
